I arrived at 9 pm, with my parents and children, and I was received by a person who was in the restaurant (not the normal receptionist). He was very unhelpful, we needed to find a place for dinner and he did not help us, made me feel I was bothering him. An unpleasant experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Waldhorn. the cleanliness, comfort, and size of the rooms were excellent. the staff were friendly and helpful, fixing any issues quickly. the on-site restaurant was convenient, with a large selection of delicious regional dishes. the location was also great, with a short 2-minute walk to the local train station, providing easy access to the town center and connecting trains to the airport. We also appreciated the efficient lift and the free parking in the underground garage. Cons: Can't fault anything about it! 😊.
